One of San Diego’s favorite summer traditions is back! The 26th Annual Point Loma Summer Concerts series kicks off this month, bringing 5 free Friday night concerts to Point Loma Park. The concerts run from July 10 through August 7, 2026.
The Point Loma Summer Concerts – what to expect
This family-friendly event is the perfect way to spend a summer evening! Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, grab a delicious dinner from onsite food vendors, and enjoy live music.
Beyond the entertainment, the concert series is deeply rooted in community. It helps support music education programs in Point Loma schools through community fundraising and on-site raffles (with very affordable tickets available). Every Friday, the music begins on the Junior Stage at 5:30 PM, showcasing talented local youth musicians. The Main Stage acts take over at 6:30 PM.

Organizers have curated a wonderful 2026 lineup featuring pop, rock, blues, and beloved tribute bands:
- July 10: TLR: The Long Run (Eagles Tribute)
- July 17: Surf City All Stars (Beach Boys Tribute)
- July 24: The Bill Wells Band
- July 31: Liquid Blue
- August 7: Swift Nation with The Sabrina Show (Taylor Swift & Sabrina Carpenter Tribute)
Organizers have a strict policy promoting musical variety. Therefore, the Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter tribute acts are the only performers repeating from the 2025 season.
