This quintessential Carlsbad spot is the ultimate old-school cafe and bakery. They have quite a range of pies, from apple, peach, strawberry, and blueberry to cream-filled lemon, banana, coconut, lime, and so much more. They have festive and seasonal favorites, like pumpkin and delicious apricot and cherry.

2. Debbie’s Restaurant & Pie Shop
Debbie’s Restaurant and Pie Shop in San Marcos is a definite must for pie enthusiasts. You’ll find great breakfast and lunch menus alongside their outstanding pies. Some of our favorites are their Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch and Dutch Apple Crunch. Special orders do require 72-hour advance notice.

3. Pop Pie
This local favorite pie shop serves up some of the most delicious pies around. They are known for their all-butter crust, which makes the perfect base for all their fabulous fillings. You’ll find both sweet and savory options, so you can have a whole meal of just pies! Their holiday pie selection includes Honey Bourbon Pecan, Salted Maple, Honey, and Pumpkin Pie.

4.The French Oven
The French Oven has delicious treats made by Chef Yves, who grew up in a small village near the French Alps called Veyrier du Lac. Today, he represents the 5th generation of bakers in his family! You’ll find delicious holiday pies there, like their excellent Chocolate Pecan Tart and Pumpkin Tart.

At Betty’s Pie, you’ll find nostalgic American comfort food with an elegant touch. Among their selection, you’ll see classics such as Banana Cream Pie, Berry Crumble Pie, Apple Crumbly Pie, and Pumpkin Pie. Their prices range between $24 to $28 for a whole pie or $6.50 for a slice.

Bread & Cie is a popular bakery and restaurant. The lines start early in the morning, but the staff is quick and friendly, so they do move quite quickly. They have amazing seasonal pies like Pumpkin Cranberry. YUM!
