Hosted once again at the scenic Waterfront Park, CRSSD 2025 promises a weekend packed with world-class performances, immersive activations, and the unbeatable backdrop of San Diego’s downtown skyline and bayfront. Whether you’re a longtime attendee or considering your first trip, here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming 2025 edition.
CRSSD 2025
Since its launch in 2015, CRSSD has become one of the most beloved festivals in the U.S., especially for fans of house, techno, and live electronic music. The vibe is a bit different than at most EDM festivals – more chill, classy, and curated. A lot of people call CRSSD a ’boutique festival’.
This year, the event takes place on September 27 and 28, at Waterfront Park. Doors open at 12 PM each day. Keep in mind that, same as previous editions, this is a day-only festival – meaning no camping is allowed. Thankfully due to its location, this isn’t a problem for San Diegans. CRSSD is a 21+ only fest.

The Experience
Beyond the music, CRSSD delivers a full experience. Expect immersive stage designs, craft cocktails, the best local beer and gourmet food trucks. You’ll also find the CRSSD Lab here, a creative space for tech lounges and vinyl pop-ups. After the party’s over at the festival…it goes on in the city! Many bars and clubs around San Diego will have after parties and special events.
