Experience a hauntingly beautiful evening with classical renditions of your favorite spooky songs at this beautiful open-air Candlelit concert.
Candlelight, the wildly popular musical series, is back in San Diego this October, just in time for the spooky season. This time, they’ve got a special event planned with Candlelight Open Air: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics, an atmospheric evening filled with classic renditions of some of your favorite haunting melodies.
Think songs like Danny Elfman’s classic, “This is Halloween,” John Carpenter’s “Halloween Theme,” Bernard Herrman’s “Psycho Theme,” and even the sinister classic by Modest Mussorgsky’s “Night on Bald Mountain” from Fantasia. All these songs, and more, will be played by a talented string quartet in the atmospherically chilling MT. Helix. A sea of flickering candlelight will make this starlit musical event even more ominous.
The event is hosted at the stunning Mt. Helix Park. This open-air venue makes the perfect spot for a beautiful and spooky atmosphere!
The show takes place from October 28-31, with the evening showtime at 8:00 pm. Each concert will last 90 minutes, and doors open 1 hour and 45 mins prior to showtime.
Don’t miss out on what’s sure to be one of San Diego’s most popular events this Halloween season! Purchase your tickets to this incredible concert here.
