1. Maya Moon Collective, Normal Heights
Maya Moon Collective is serious about all things cacao! They are San Diego’s first cacao cafe and community collective and have a vast menu of cacao-related drinks, such as their Single Origin Hot Cacao, made with 5th generation Ecuador cacao! You also have to try their Cacao Affogato with a scoop of vanilla coconut ice cream on top, and their unique Frozen Hot Chocolate.

2.Pappalecco, Little Italy
This beautiful cafe in Little Italy is a fantastic spot for an authentic Italian lunch and sweet treats! Their hot chocolate is one of our favorites and is served up with a mountain of whipped cream! If you still need your caffeine then you should try their affogato, which is espresso and gelato!

Eclipse Chocolate is all about chocolate and brunch! Their unique hot chocolate is a favorite among locals and it’s clear to see why. You have to try their Spicy Hot Chocolate!
