San Diego Restaurant Week is officially set to return from Sunday, January 25 through Sunday, February 1. This 8-day culinary event showcases over 100 restaurants across more than 30 neighborhoods, from Oceanside to Chula Vista. You’ll get the chance to visit an old favorite, discover new spots, and have all the delicious food. The best part? You’ll pay significantly less than usual for this great foodie adventure!
How the San Diego Restaurant Week works

You don’t need any tickets for this event – no pass, no coupons, nothing at all. Simply visit any participating restaurant and ask for the “Restaurant Week” menu. At all locations, you’ll find prix-fixe menus for lunch or dinner. Some spots even have drinks as a course!
Restaurants tailor their menus to specific price points depending on the meal. For example, 2-course lunches start at $20, while 3-course dinners start at $30. Prices go up to $60 for fine-dining spots.
What’s new this year?

A unique addition to the 2026 winter season is a partnership with Restaurants Care, a non-profit that provides relief grants to California restaurant workers in times of need. A portion of the restaurant participation fees for this event directly supports this cause.
Who’s in?

It’s a long and exciting list, that you can find here. These are just some of the local favorites that have already confirmed their menus, per neighborhood:
- Little Italy: Acqua E Farina, Piedra Santa, and Vincenzo Cucina & Lounge.
- Gaslamp Quarter: Cafe Coyote, Bandar, and AKA.
- Del Mar/La Jolla: North Italia, Pamplemousse Grille, and George’s at the Cove.
- Mission Valley/La Mesa: Farmer’s Bottega, The Godfather, and Farmer’s Table.
Pro tip: If you can afford it, the best value usually comes from the higher-end restaurants (like Pamplemousse Grille or steakhouse options). Here, the $60 prix-fixe menu often represents a significant discount compared to their standard pricing. Happy eating!
