A look back in time

The first Solvang Danish Days festival was held in 1936 to celebrate the village’s 25th anniversary. Since then, the event has honored Solvang’s Danish heritage with traditional food, music, dancing, parades, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities. Over the years, Danish Days has grown into a signature community celebration. This year marks the 88th edition of this tradition – a true showcase of Danish culture you won’t want to miss.
