Opened in 2022, Bloodlust looks less like a rustic vineyard and more like a set from a sci-fi movie. Frequently compared to the architecture of Star Wars or Dune, the striking structure was brought to life using a unique “flying concrete” technique. As the sun sets, the property transforms. Deep red lights cast a glow over the fluid shapes, making visitors feel as if they’ve stepped onto a distant desert planet.

The menu heavily relies on regional agriculture, pouring wines (about 80% of which are produced locally), paired with fresh ceviche, juicy burgers, fresh salads, and more.
