A unique Banksy exhibit in San Diego
San Diego’s new Banksy exhibit is a never-before-look at some of the artist’s pieces over various mediums. Using a special stencil technique that emulates Banksy’s own works, Art of Banksy displays multimedia print, photos, sculptures, murals, art installations and more.
Presented museum-style, these works of art will grant you a closer look at some of the themes Banksy tackles: political conflict, police brutality, climate change, social justice… So many of his pieces go deeper than what’s on the surface, challenging the way you perceive art.
A multisensory journey through the artist’s pieces
Most of your time at Art of Banksy will be spent staring in awe at his artwork, but there is a portion of your adventure that will stimulate all senses. Interactive installations like the legendary Dismaland Park are fueled with some of the latest technology to keep you totally immersed.
The exhibition also makes for the perfect opportunity to learn about Banksy’s art hands-on, thanks to the spray painting activity included in premium tickets. A stencil featuring Banksy’s iconic designs will guide you through spray painting your very own t-shirt! Proceeds will go to support the Louise Michel rescue ship, a cause very close to Banksy’s heart.
