San Diego foodies, get ready to loosen those belts! A massive culinary celebration is heading our way. On the weekend of April 25th and 26, Waterfront Park will be transformed into a hub of flavor and fun for Panda Fest. This is one of the nation’s fastest-growing outdoor Asian food and culture festivals, and promises to be loads of fun.
What you’ll find at Panda Fest
If you love trying new dishes, this is your ultimate destination. The event is bringing together over 80 different food vendors serving up more than 200 mouth-watering varieties of Asian street food. Whether you’re craving authentic bites from Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, or fusion creations, your tastebuds are in for a treat.
But Panda Fest is more than a food lover’s paradise – it’s a fully immersive cultural experience. You can browse through more than 30 booths offering unique items and Asian-inspired crafts. The weekend will also be packed with live entertainment, from modern dance performances to traditional art shows.
True to its name, the festival leans heavily into a playful panda theme. Expect giant panda inflatables, a themed bounce house for the kids, DIY painting, dough figurine making, and even panda-shaped treats.
