Get ready, faire lovers – one of the coolest traditions in Carlsbad is making its comeback! The famous Carlsbad Village Street Faire is set to take over downtown on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 8 AM to 4 PM. The whole place is going to turn into a super lively outdoor market packed with local gems to buy (hello, holiday shopping!), great food to eat, and tons of fun things for the whole family to do.
The Carlsbad Village Street Faire

This Street Faire happens twice a year, in May and November. It’s known as one of the biggest one-day events like it in the entire country! The streets will be absolutely full, with over 750 different vendors setting up shop. People can find everything from cool handmade arts and crafts to vintage antiques, clothes, jewelry, home decor, and all sorts of unique treasures.
However, you can expect a whole lot more than just shopping. There’s going to be a giant international food court, a classic pancake breakfast, music, and shows happening all day long. Plus, there are rides and interactive stuff specifically for the little ones, so it’s a good time for every age. Set against the beautiful coast, the vibe really captures what Carlsbad is all about.
How and when to get there
To make sure you have the best time, they’re suggesting people get there early and maybe use the free shuttle service running from The Shoppes at Carlsbad and the Poinsettia Coaster Station. Free bike valet service is provided by the City of Carlsbad at the Lily Field Realty (formerly Engel & Volkers) parking lot. Just a heads-up: a bunch of the Village streets will be closed for the event, so a little bit of planning ahead is a smart move.
Make sure you don’t miss The Carlsbad Village Street Faire! It’s basically a huge party celebrating the community, creativity, and the charm of the coast. What’s not to love about this memorable Sunday?
